滯納金英文是Late fee，或許用 Overdue Payment 會更加接近一些，因為滯納金大多時候是指針對不按納稅期限繳納稅款或者不按還款期限歸還貸款，按滯納天數加收滯納款項一定比例的金額，它是稅務機關或者債權人對逾期當事人給予經濟制裁的一種措施。

What is a late fee(滯納金)？

滯納金是對沒有按時繳款的一種懲罰制度,滯納金是利滾利的,嚴重時還影響到個人的信用.對于未能在到期還款日營業終了前償還最低還款額的，除應按期計付貸款利息外，還應按最低還款額未還部分的5%支付滯納金。滯納金是對持卡人不能按期足額償還最低還款額的懲罰。 連續兩次（含）以上在到期還款日營業終了前未能足額償還最低還款額的，發卡機構可以停止該卡的使用。
