在“待處理”標(biāo)簽頁上,新創(chuàng)建和提交的活動需要經(jīng)過分析才會正式啟動并變成活躍狀態(tài)。分析的目的是為了評估活動和產(chǎn)品,確保它們都具備獲得成功的最佳條件。如果經(jīng)過分析,某個活動不具備獲得成功的最佳條件,該活動將被 Wish 取消并移至“歷史記錄”標(biāo)簽頁,而不會變成活躍狀態(tài)。這種情況下,商戶可以根據(jù)需要創(chuàng)建其他降價賦能活動。
分析完成之后,如果活動未被 Wish 取消,則會移至“正在進(jìn)行”標(biāo)簽頁:
在此頁面,商戶可以通過“自動續(xù)期”列下的開關(guān)為每個活動打開或關(guān)閉自動續(xù)期。請注意,在7個自然日的周期內(nèi),商戶可以在距離活動結(jié)束并自動續(xù)期還剩24小時之前選擇關(guān)閉自動續(xù)期;在活動快要結(jié)束的最后24小時之內(nèi),商戶無法選擇關(guān)閉自動續(xù)期,活動結(jié)束時會自動再續(xù)期7個自然日。
為了幫助商戶快速編輯多個降價賦能活動的自動續(xù)期設(shè)置,您也可以將“待處理”、“正在進(jìn)行”和“歷史記錄”狀態(tài)下的所有降價賦能活動下載到一個 CSV 文件中;點擊這三個標(biāo)簽頁中的任意一個,然后點擊“下載全部”(在任一標(biāo)簽頁下載獲得的 CSV 文件是相同的):
在下載的 CSV 文件中,您可以編輯“Auto Renew”(自動續(xù)期)列的值,可填寫 TRUE 或 FALSE:
如果“Auto Renew”列的值設(shè)為 TRUE,則相應(yīng)的降價賦能活動將在當(dāng)前7個自然日的活動周期結(jié)束后再自動續(xù)期7個自然日。
相反,如果“Auto Renew”列的值設(shè)為 FALSE,則相應(yīng)的降價賦能活動將在當(dāng)前7個自然日的活動周期結(jié)束后取消。
完成文件更新后,您可以前往產(chǎn)品 > 降價賦能活動 > 更新活動自動續(xù)期 CSV 文件上傳更新后的 CSV 文件,您對多個活動的更新將會同時保存:
From “Pending” status to “On-going” campaign
After submitting the campaign per steps above, the new campaign will be first moved to the “Pending” tab of the Price Drop Campaigns > View all campaigns and offers page on the Merchant Dashboard:
Newly-created and submitted campaigns in the “Pending” tab are analyzed before they officially start and become active. The analysis is to assess the campaigns and products to make sure that they are both best positioned for success. If the analysis determines that a campaign is not best positioned for success, the campaign will be cancelled by and moved to the “History” tab without becoming active. In this case, merchants may create another Price Drop campaign as needed.
Once analysis is completed and the campaigns is not cancelled by , it will be moved to “On-going” tab:
Here, merchants are able to switch the automatic renewal on and off as well by toggling under the “Auto-Renew” column for each campaign. Note that throughout the 7 calendar days, merchants are able to opt out of automatic campaign renewal up until 24 hours before the campaigns end and are auto-renewed; during the last 24 hours of the campaign, merchants won’t be able to opt out and the campaign will be automatically renewed for another 7 calendar days.
To help merchants swiftly edit the auto-renewal process for multiple Price Drop campaigns, you may also download all your Price Drop campaigns with the “Pending”, “On-going”, and “History” status to a CSV file; you could click on one of these three tabs and click “Download All” to receive the same CSV file:
In the downloaded CSV file, you may edit the “Auto Renew” column to indicate TRUE or FALSE:
If the “Auto Renew” column reflects TRUE for the indicated Price Drop campaigns, these campaigns will proceed to auto-renew for another 7 calendar days when they end their current 7-calendar-day campaign cycle.
On the other hand, if the “Auto Renew” column reflects FALSE, these campaigns will be cancelled at the end of their current 7-calendar-day campaign cycle.
Once you complete the updates above, simply visit the Products > Price Drop Campaigns > Update Campaign Auto Renew CSV file page to upload the CSV file, and your edits will be saved for multiple campaigns simultaneously:
